Your agents never stop working, even if you exceed your plan limit. We charge $0.25 per extra conversation on Starter or $0.20 on Pro, so you never lose potential customers. You can upgrade your plan anytime to get a higher limit.
❓ Common Questions
What happens when I cancel?
Your subscription continues until the end of your current billing period. Your agents stay active until then, and you can reactivate anytime. No data is lost during cancellation.
Can I get a refund?
We offer prorated refunds for annual subscriptions within 30 days. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to avoid future charges.
How do I update my payment method?
Go to Account Settings → Manage Billing → Update payment method in the Stripe portal. Changes take effect immediately for your next billing cycle.
What if my payment fails?
Stripe automatically retries failed payments. You'll receive email notifications and have 7 days to update your payment method before service is suspended. No data is lost during suspension.
